MQ-9 Instructor Sensor Operator

Titan Echelon is seeking an instructor Sensor Operator to join our Flight Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties as Instructor Sensor Operator.
  • Performs mission planning, briefing, mission execution and debriefing.
  • Instructs UAV student sensor operators in all aspects of UAV ground and flight operations. This training includes academic (platform instruction), simulator, and in-flight instruction.
  • Complies with all governing regulations including service guidance, company procedures and Federal Aviation Administration Regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Current MQ-9 qualification for MCE and LRE (Form 8). Recently expired Form 8 will be considered.
  • Must have LR instructor experience
  • Weapon instructor experience is desired
  • Formal Training Unit (FTU) experience is desired.
  • Ability to obtain an FAA Class II medical certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Technical PED Report Writer – Senior

Job Title: Technical PED Report Writer – Senior

Location: Tampa, FL

Titan Echelon, LLC is seeking a Technical PED Report Writers to join our digital forensics team, assisting with data processing reporting to support SOF operations, streamlining data dissemination for intergovernmental agency use. Writers will compile and create documentation as part of a team supporting Identity Intelligence Operations (i2Ops) at US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). An ideal candidate will possess familiarity with the Special Operations Exploitation (SOFEX) and the Department of the Navy- Identification & Screening Information Systems (DoN-ISIS) portals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Political Science, History, Government, or Economics with a focus on international affairs and relations, terrorism, psychology, national security, and intelligence.

  • Additional experience may be substituted for education upon COR approval. “Panama” 24/7/365 four shift work schedules required.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience technical MEDEX, CELLEX, VIDEX, I2, DOMEX, and TECHEX report writing /analysis, including:
  • Experience with identifying discrepancies and flagging suspect findings.
  • Experience with coordination and participation in research and tool development efforts.
  • Experience with identifying sources for data and incorporating them into data streams.
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information from a variety of sources.
  • Experience in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information from various sources.
  • Experience with establishing and maintaining data records and files.
  • Experience with preparing timely reports and maintaining records and files.
  • Experience with identify national threats and ensure that critical information gets to end-users, e.g., information submitters, superiors, and
    decision-makers.
  • Examples of all-source-analysis qualifying experience include, but are not limited to: Experience with examining data from digital forensic investigations. Experience in providing technical MEDEX, CELLEX, VIDEX, I2, DOMEX, and TECHEX reports.
  • Experience in directing targeted forensic software / application development to triage and parse relevant information from a wide assortment of computers, cell phones, electronic media devices and applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with government organizations conducting Identity Intelligence exploitation activities, including:
      National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC)
Federal Bureau of Investigation-Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (FBI-TEDAC)
    • DoD senior level command, Joint Intelligence Center (JIC), of major Joint / Combined Task Force conducting analysis, researching, and writing intelligence reports.
    • Familiarity with SOF (Special Operations Forces) concepts, practices and procedures.

    Mission Payload Operator

    Location: Fayetteville, NC / OCONUS

    Job Summary

    Titan Echelon is seeking a Mission Payload Operator to join our Flight operations team. This individual is responsible for the operation of the sensor suite during all phases of ground and flight operations. The Mission Payload Operator (MPO) will assist the PIC and Mission Commander with planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing all sorties.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Must operate payload as required to achieve desired mission impacts.
    • Perform payload operator support for planning, operational, and post-operational phases.
    • Perform real-time remote operation of payload systems to support mission requirements.
    • Understand the capabilities and limitations of the mission system; work in close coordination with platform operators, leveraging expertise to optimize results.
    • Must maintain a broad and up-to-date situational awareness of current mission operations; quickly gain an understanding of current mission target environments and associated dynamics, and be familiar with operational methods and infrastructure.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid US passport
    • Secret security clearance.
    • Must possess current FAA Class III Medical Certificate.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
    • 4+ years of operational experience.
    • Must have the ability to travel worldwide for at least 50% of the time.
    • Ability to professionally interface with numerous levels of management, customers, and peers.
    • The ability to work extended hours and/or shift work.
    • The ability to work as a team to accomplish mission requirements.

    Air Vehicle Operator

    Location: Fayetteville, NC / OCONUS

    Job Summary

    Titan Echelon is seeking an Air Vehicle Operator to join our Flight Operations team. This individual will function as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Mission Commander on unmanned aircraft for a Department of Defense customer.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Acts as Pilot in Command (PIC) of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS).
    • Provide Mission Coordinator/Commander support to the team when not acting as PIC.
    • Primarily supports higher Tier, longer endurance systems, driven by national or theater level customers.
    • Demonstrates the ability to perform mission planning and coordination activities under varying airspace conditions.
    • Must maintain a broad and up-to-date situational awareness of current mission operations; quickly gain an understanding of current mission target environments and associated dynamics, and be familiar with operational methods and infrastructure.
    • Understands government defense industry policies and procedures related to operating aircraft and supporting customer requirements.
    • Meets/exceeds minimum performance standards as outlined in the master training syllabuses.
    • Formulates training programs, lesson plans, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, systems requirements, or service needs.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid US passport
    • Secret security clearance.
    • FAA private pilot’s license with an instrument rating.
    • FAA Class II Medical Certificate
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
    • 4+ years of prior qualified Air Vehicle Operator, instructor, evaluator, and/or launch and recovery experience.
    • 4+ years of operational experience.
    • Experience with Piccolo Command Center or similar products.
    • Must have the ability to travel worldwide for at least 50% of the time.
